The system provided insights into top games, genres, and competitors, tailored to Kabam’s specific market environment and business needs.
The BI portal dramatically reduced the time required to create competitor profiles or monitor market trends—from hours to mere minutes—and provided over 100 knowledge workers with direct access to SensorTower-driven analytics without incurring additional subscription costs. The preformatted metrics improved comprehension and standardized the metrics used when describing competitors. This enhancement strengthened FP&A’s ability to contextualize planning and include market intelligence in its presentations, enabling more informed decision-making and strategic alignment across the company.
